The question
Can practicing a specific money decision be a more useful starting point than asking someone to maintain a whole budgeting system? Bloom explores that idea with college students in mind.

The approach
The prototype starts with a goal, then compares a purchase with the time and money needed to reach it. It supports buy, wait, or skip intentions, a cash-flow calendar, and reflections on what happened.
Where it stands
This is an early product hypothesis, not a demonstrated learning outcome. The prototype uses manual inputs and local browser storage. The values shown here are fictional examples for the portfolio.
A testable decision flow: compare, choose, and reflect.
