The work

At the UMass Lowell NERVE Center, I worked alongside Ph.D. researchers on wearable robotics and assistive devices, including support for participant trials.

The connection

This brought my mechanical engineering interests into research where the person and the device are part of the same system. The work extended my experience beyond competition robotics.
